  • First name, last name, and email address (at checkout or when subscribing to The Brief)
  • Payment information — processed and stored by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details
  • Customer account details used to manage your program access via SureMembers
  • Messages sent through contact or support forms

When you visit the site, we may collect:

  • Pages visited and time spent
  • Referral source (how you found us)
  • Cookie and local storage data (see Section 5)

Progress tracking data stays on your device and is not transmitted to us.

By purchasing a product or subscribing to The Brief, you agree to receive emails from us, which may include:

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email. Transactional emails (order confirmations, access notices) are not affected by unsubscribing.
