Refunds are not issued for change of mind, failure to use the product, or dissatisfaction with content that was accurately described prior to purchase.

If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at hello@charmandgrit.com before contacting your bank. Billing errors are the only basis for a legitimate dispute, and we will address them directly and promptly.
When a purchase is completed, three independent records are created: a transaction record in Stripe, an order record in SureCart, and an account access record in SureMembers that logs account creation and sign-in activity. These records are maintained and will be used to respond to any dispute.
Chargebacks filed on the basis of dissatisfaction or change of mind — rather than a genuine billing error — will be disputed using these records. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate revocation of account access.
If something isn't working or a charge doesn't look right, reach out before assuming there's no solution. We'd rather fix a real problem than lose a customer over one.
