Charm&Grit is owned and operated by Sherpa Media Group, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing, purchasing, or using any Charm&Grit product or content, you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").
These Terms apply to all products and content available through charmandgrit.com, including digital programs, guides, tools, and editorial content published under the Charm&Grit brand.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the site or purchase our products.
Charm&Grit offers digital products including programs, guides, tools, and related resources (collectively, "Products"). Products are delivered as online content, accessible through a secure account. No physical goods or downloadable files are provided.
Upon completing a purchase, you will receive instructions to create or access your account. Your account sign-in gives you access to the Products associated with your purchase. Keep your sign-in credentials secure — you are responsible for all activity under your account.
Charm&Grit also publishes The Square Peg Brief, a free twice-monthly editorial dispatch delivered by email. You may subscribe at the point of purchase or independently through the site. The Brief is always free and delivered via Kit (formerly ConvertKit). You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any issue.

Purchases are processed securely through Stripe via SureCart. By completing a purchase, you authorize Sherpa Media Group, LLC to charge your chosen payment method for the amount shown at checkout.
All current Charm&Grit products are sold as one-time purchases. There are no recurring charges or automatic renewals unless explicitly stated at checkout for a specific product.
All prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Because our Products are delivered as online content and access is granted immediately upon purchase, all sales are final.

Refunds are not issued for change of mind, failure to use a product, or dissatisfaction with content that was accurately described prior to purchase. See our full Refund Policy for details.
We are committed to resolving issues quickly and directly. Before initiating any bank dispute or legal action, you agree to contact us at hello@charmandgrit.com and allow reasonable time for us to respond.
Unauthorized chargebacks for Products where access was granted and used will be disputed. We maintain access logs and session records through SureMembers as evidence of delivery.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate revocation of account access.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing litigation. Mediation is encouraged as a practical, lower-cost alternative to court proceedings.
Any legal action not resolved through mediation shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Florida.

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your own use. It does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.
No reproduction, redistribution, or derivative use of any Charm&Grit content is permitted without express written permission from Sherpa Media Group, LLC.
Charm&Grit content is educational and informational. It is designed to help professionals develop practical skills and navigate workplace change.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sherpa Media Group, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to access our Products or site.
Our total liability in any matter related to a Product purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that Product.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to any Products if you violate these Terms, attempt to circumvent access controls, or engage in fraudulent activity.
Termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund.
